This is embarrassing to say the least, but I'm a real human being who goes through tough times just like you! On the left, I'd just completed a 90 day challenge and was in the best shape of my life. I was about to get married and life was just getting started. Fast forward 7 years, 2 moves, and a completely unhealthy lifestyle.., I ended up looking and feeling awful and depressed. I desperately needed a change..a spark to get back that "FIRE" for life. It wasn't until a year later (2009), that I saw the MuSkull design and thought.., "Man, that kicks ass! I gotta get me one. It's a design by the other half of MuscleFire- Ryan Lund. I basically forced myself into the company and have never looked back. MuscleFire Clothing Co. was started. I wear MuscleFire gear everyday! So much that my wife doesn't recognize me if I don't. Here's a picture of me now.
